This project marked the beginning of SKYFORMS as a technology company. During the work, and through comparisons with outcomes from other tax advisors, we identified clear discrepancies in how complex compensation packages—combining both gross and net elements—were being solved.

In addressing this, we developed a single, comprehensive model capable of handling all complexities, including gross–net combinations and varying social security statuses.

Our approach ensures an accurate allocation of burdens, setting a new standard in an industry where inaccuracies have been common.
